When a booking is confirmed, every participant receives a link to complete their details and documents before arriving: certification, insurance and whatever your center needs. The booking shows who has completed check-in and who hasn't, and the dashboard alerts you if someone departing tomorrow has missing documents. That way nobody fills out paperwork on the dock on departure day.
