These terms apply to all registered divers on the Divelife platform. By creating an account, you agree to the following conditions.
Registration on Divelife is completely free. Anyone can create an account and start logging dives, discovering spots, and connecting with the global diving community.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including personal details, certifications, and dive logs. Divelife reserves the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent or inaccurate information.
Logged dives can be validated by affiliated instructors within the platform. Validations are subject to the instructor's criteria and applicable certification standards.
All bookings are subject to the dive center's availability. Divelife acts as a technology intermediary between divers and dive centers — we facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the delivery of the service itself.
Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway (Stripe). Divelife does not store payment card details. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms and security standards.
Cancellations are subject to the specific policy of each dive center. Before confirming a booking, users are advised to review the cancellation terms of the activity provider.
These terms apply to all dive centers registered on the Divelife platform. By creating a profile, you agree to the following conditions.
Creating a dive center profile on Divelife is free. There are no setup fees or monthly charges to be listed on the platform.
A commission is charged only on confirmed bookings made through the platform. There are no charges for profile visibility, listing activities, or unconfirmed inquiries.
You only pay when you earn. Commission rates are specified in your onboarding agreement with Divelife.
Dive centers are solely responsible for:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.
Payments from divers are processed through the platform. Dive centers will receive payouts according to the payment schedule established during onboarding, subject to Stripe Connect terms.
Dive validations performed through the platform must comply with applicable standards and the requirements of recognized certifying agencies (PADI, SSI, CMAS, etc.).
The admin panel must be used in accordance with the platform's technical terms and guidelines. Misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or actions that compromise platform integrity may result in immediate account termination.
